Good Friday

Today is Good Friday. The day that the church observes the redemptive work that Christ did with his death on the cross for all humans of all time. We mourn the fact that the Son of God needed to die to save us from our sins, so that we could be reconciled with him, but we rejoice that he did and we look forward to celebrating the resurrection hope we have on Easter.

“He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.” 1 John 2:2
