Almighty God and Father, we thank you for all your mercies, especially for the gift of your Son, through whom you have revealed your gracious will. ALS celebrated the graduation of another group of students on Sunday, October 27th at Grace Lutheran Church on Broadcast Drive. We are blessed to see these students serving in God’s Kingdom throughout Asia. God bless your ministries as you share the truth of salvation with all people!
With the start of this Fall Semester, ALS has entered into its 20th academic year (more information on that in the months ahead). We are so thankful to God for this privilege to serve God’s people. We pray that our students have a blessed and fruitful year as they learn God’s Word and grow in their faith. God bless them as they take the truth God has planted in their hearts and share it with others.

This summer a group of ALS professors made the trip to America to study at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary’s “Summer Quarter.” This program gives pastors and professors of theology the opportunity to study God’s Word intensively for a few weeks over the summer. It also allows our professors the chance to fellowship with other pastors and professors from all over the world, while at the same time serves to keep them sharp for the classroom in Asia.
